This Privacy Policy explains what information San Marco Pizza's app and ordering website (together, "the app") collect, why, and your choices. The app is operated by San Marco Pizza ("we", "us").
We use this information solely to operate the app: to authenticate you, to process and fulfil your pizza orders, to show your order history, and to send you notifications about your orders and upcoming Pizza Days. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored on our behalf by Supabase, our backend and database provider, which acts as our data processor. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails, such as order confirmations, on our behalf, and Stripe to process card payments where accepted (see Payments below). We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
If you choose to pay by card, your payment is processed directly by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant systems. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and a reference we use to match it to your order.
With your permission, the app registers for push notifications and stores a device token linked to your account, which we use to alert you when your order is ready for pickup and to announce upcoming Pizza Days. You can disable notifications at any time in the iOS Settings app.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from My Profile → Delete My Account inside the app. This removes your profile, name, avatar, device token, and cancels any upcoming orders. Past order records are retained for sales and accounting purposes but are disassociated from your account. This action cannot be undone.
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed, though anonymized order records may be retained as described above.
The app is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
